Double out-and-back on the PCT: north 14.2 mi to Frog Lake turnaround, back through start/finish at mile 28.4, then south out-and-back to Warm Springs Meadows. 9 aid stations (miles 6, 9.2, 14.2, 19.2, 22.4, 28.4, 33.7, 39.2, 44.7). Crew access at miles 0, 9.2, 19.2, 28.4, and 50. Bib pickup 5:00–5:45 a.m., pre-race announcements 5:50 a.m. Hard cutoff: Warm Springs aid station before 4 PM. Cupless race — bring your own cup.

Shares first 21 miles with 50M on PCT heading north; returns on PCT then loops counterclockwise around Timothy Lake. No drop bags, no crew. Cutoff: leave Forest Road 58 aid station (mile 19.2) by 12:00 PM. Bib pickup 6:00–6:45 a.m. Race is on Sunday. Secondary source lists 2,723 ft gain; official site says ~2,500 ft.

First-timer mistakes
Passing through the start/finish at mile 28.4 of the 50M is a major DNF trap — have a plan to move through quickly; also don't forget a cup (cupless race) and photo ID for bib pickup.
